1. I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you forgot your password:

1. Go to the Login Page.

2. Click on Forgot Password.

3. Follow the steps to reset your password.

3. Can I sign up or log in using Google, Apple, or Facebook?

Yes.
You can easily sign up or log in using your Google, Apple, or Facebook account.


4. How do I log in if it says my details already exist?

If you see a message saying “details already exist”, it means your account is already registered.

Steps to log in:

1. Go to the app’s Login page.

2. Look for the Sign In button (sometimes it may not be obvious).

3. Enter your registered email/phone number and password.

4. Tap Sign In to access your account.

Q: Can I change my email ID?

We completely understand your request to update the email associated with your account. At present, our system does not support changing an existing email ID.
